A brief introduction to the working principle of the transfer machine

All mechanical actions of the transfer machine are completed by two motors and cylinders. The upward and downward movements are respectively controlled by two cylinders controlled by PLC, and the horizontal movement of the electromagnetic suction cup is completed by two motors. The horizontal movement is a three-phase asynchronous motor, and the lifting cylinder is a single acting cylinder. The lifting cylinder and horizontal moving motor only have changes in steering, without the need for speed increase or decrease. Therefore, contactors are used to achieve changes in steering.
